We send 'water use only' bills when you only need to pay for your water use. This bill includes your water use charges for the past 2 months. Service charges are not included in this bill.

It’s common for anyone renting a property to receive 'water use only' bills. The owner of the property is then responsible for paying for all service charges.

Log in to your online account to view your tenant’s water use bill. If you don’t have an online account, please register to view your tenant’s bill or contact us, and we can issue a copy of your tenant’s bill at your request.
